Justin Bieber Illustrated Memoir Due in October

Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber, the 16-year-old pop star with the flippy hair, has signed a deal with HarperCollins to write an illustrated memoir. Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story will chronicle his journey from 13-year-old unknown to multi-platinum selling artist. This hardcover book will contain “exclusive, never-before-seen photos — a must-have for fans afflicted with Bieber-fever.” The book will hit bookstores this October, just in time for the holidays.

“Justin’s adoring and devoted fan base that started on YouTube now follows him to packed concert halls around the world,” says Susan Katz, President and Publisher of HarperCollins Children’s Books. “He is a force in the music industry and we are incredibly excited to be publishing this photographic memoir of his amazing journey.”

And I get it because, hell, I would have been all over a New Kids on the Block photo memoir back in 1989. So what do you think about a 16-year-old writing a memoir? Do you think he’ll share his secrets for styling his signature bangs?
