  • Rufus Sewell has joined the cast of Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter as Adam, the lead vampire villain. (Showblitz)
  • Screenwriter Richard LaGravenese, who recently adapted Sara Gruen’s novel Water for Elephants for the screen, has been taped to write the adaptation of Laura Hillenbrand’s novel Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption. (THR)
  • Director Matt Reeves (Let Me In, Cloverfield) has signed on to write and direct a feature film based on Ray Nelson short story 8 O’Clock in the Morning. (Deadline)
